Returns & Refunds
Every OnePoop item is printed just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
To request one:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
- We'll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
You don't need to send the item back.
Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go into production. Contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
