How long will my order take?
Every item is printed on demand, so production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added on top of that. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
How do I pick the right size?
Each clothing product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How do I care for my items?
Wash clothing inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low, or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print. Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe unless the product page says otherwise.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll send a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled within 12 hours, before they go into production.
