Shipping Policy
All OnePoop products are made to order and printed by our production partners. Here's what to expect after you order:
Processing time
Orders usually take 2–5 business days to print and pack before they ship.
Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
These are estimates. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipping internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.
